Green smoothies are a great way to get in your daily vegetables with nutrients intact. I was hesitant to try it but my students even loved them. It tastes just like a fruit smoothie! RECIPE 1 Cup Spinach (or other leafy greens) 1 Cup Mixed fruit 1 BananaCold Water (to help it liquefy) Optional: 1/2 Teaspoon Flax Seed 1/2 Teaspoon Kelp Powder crushed supplement tablets Blend in a blender until smooth Comments Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
