Lavender, which I dry from my garden, is now my favorite spice. I crushed it in my coffee grinder and mixed it in with butter for the most delicious grilled cheese sandwich. I also added it to sea salt and sprinkled it over a roaster chicken. My next experiment will be to sprinkle it into french toast batter. Comments Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
